OnIt makes local services easier to access and personal skills easier to earn from, regardless of language, background or employment situation. Every neighbourhood already contains both: people with skills and time, and people who need exactly that.
The problem
On one side: unused time
Students, parents on leave, part-time workers, retirees. Millions of people across Germany have time and capability but no easy way to turn either into income. Conventional side jobs demand fixed shifts, exactly what doesn't fit around a life.
On the other: unmet need
Working families, older people, anyone with a full calendar. The demand for everyday help is there, but getting it is a slog: agencies are expensive and inflexible, classifieds are a gamble, and the friend everyone recommends is already busy.
What sits between the two isn't a demand problem, it's a trust and matching problem. That's the part we solve.
